Seismic Retrofit Project
​

Airport Business Park:  A 55 building seismic retrofit project drafted for engineering firm in their office using Architectural Desktop software.  A total of 82 drawings, the project returned from Building Department approval with just a few minor markups and went directly into construction on time and under budget. Click on the link to download a few full size sample drawings you can view and print.

Design Build Car Bridge
​

Moody Ranch Bridge:  A 70 foot curved bridge with a 8% grade designed to span a gully while maintaining fire truck clearances under and between some very old oak trees.  While working directly with the general contractor and their customer, this bridge was built with steel to maximize span while minimizing impact to surrounding ecosystem. The bridge was designed, engineered and detailed for less than half of what it would have cost by using conventional design and enginering methods bringing tremendous savings to the contractor and their customer.   Click on the link to download the full set of drawings you can view and print.

Industrial Wash Station
​

This little project is an industrial wash station that is a good example of how we keep design presentation simple and basic without cluttering up the drawings with a lot of  extraneous and typical details that do not specifically apply to a particular project.  The result is clean, clear and easy to follow drawings that provide adequate infromation for the approval and construction phases.
